Strengthening KAIST-NYU Collaboration & Establishing a Virtual Convergence Future
June 19-20, 2025 | NYU Manhattan Campus & Brooklyn Campus, New York, USA
Learn MoreWelcome to ISMAX2025, the 3rd International Symposium on Meta-AI for X, a cornerstone event dedicated to advancing the dynamic partnership between KAIST and New York University.
Building upon the significant strides made during the inaugural ISMAX events in 2023 and 2024, which successfully fostered and strengthened the collaborative ties between our institutions, ISMAX2025 is poised to transition these efforts into more substantial, actionable outcomes.
This year's symposium will elevate our collaboration by focusing on the strategic planning of practical, large-scale international joint research projects. We aim to move beyond foundational discussions to architecting ambitious research endeavors that leverage the unique strengths of both KAIST and NYU in areas such as metaverse technologies, generative AI, and human-computer interaction.
A critical component of this vision involves progressing in-depth deliberations on establishing Master's and PhD dual degree programs. These programs are meticulously designed to cultivate a new generation of globally-minded researchers and innovators, equipped to lead in these rapidly evolving fields and to embody the spirit of our joint academic excellence.
To support these ambitious goals, ISMAX2025 will continue to serve as a pivotal platform for:
ISMAX2025 is more than a symposium; it is a catalyst for forging profound and lasting connections, facilitating intensive knowledge exchange, and laying the concrete groundwork for transformative and enduring collaborative projects between KAIST and NYU. We look forward to your active participation in shaping this exciting future of international research and education.
